Cats cannot be trained as dogs, as they are much more independent. But a cat will adjust to its environment just like the environment adjusts to it adjusts to it.It is also worth understanding cat talk. Cats communicate more obviously with their body language than with sound. Cats are quick to learn and have a good memory. For example, they can learn which sound will make their owners react in a certain way. Cats will never talk to each other with a "meow!" What does a cat express with a particular gesture? When happy it looks calm, with a relaxed demeanor, and whiskers held out to the side. Their ears also point slightly outward. An erect tail and a head held high says "Hello!" It shows it is alert by wagging its tail slightly and pointing its ears and whiskers slightly forward. A slight twitch or the ears means that it has just noticed something. Ears and whiskers flat and dilated pupils indicate "Danger!" Whiskers in a relaxed position generally indicate that the cat feels well and happy. But beware, purring can also show that cants want to feel better and are not happy. Owners should look out for further signs that could mean they are unhappy. A smooth, shiny coat with clear, bright eyes indicates that the cat is in good health. Domestic cats feel content very easily. Unlike dogs, they do not have to be taken for walks, so they can live happily in a 2-room apartment. But the apartment should be no smaller, as this would not provide enough space for exercise. Kittens quickly win out hearts and are great playmates from the moment they open their eyes and explore their environment. They should stay with their mother for 12 weeks, after which they can go to their new owners as pets. Cleanliness is their principal concern. They groom themselves by cleaning their fur with their tongue. But cat owners should also do their duty and clean the litter tray once a day and remove the cat mess. The kitty litter in the tray only needs to be changed once a week. Owners should have a balcony for the cat to get some fresh air. They can also warm themselves in the sunshine. Cats risk injury from half-open windows, as they love climbing and can get trapped. Cats must also have a bowl of fresh water available for them at all times. They also need a balanced diet which is designed for cats. Healthy cat food would be inadequate for dogs a vice.  Domestic cats may live for 15-20 years.
